What We DON'T Collect
- Your Filevine credentials or authentication tokens
- Personal identifying information beyond IP address
- Browsing history outside of Filevine
- Documents or files not explicitly sent for AI analysis
How We Use Your Data
- AI Analysis: Images sent for analysis are processed by Anthropic's Claude AI
- Improvement: Usage statistics help us understand which features are valuable
- Security: IP addresses used for rate limiting and abuse prevention
- Support: Error logs help us diagnose and fix issues
Data Storage and Security
- All communications use HTTPS encryption
- AI requests are processed in real-time and not permanently stored
- Usage statistics are stored securely on Railway.app infrastructure
- We implement industry-standard security practices
Third-Party Services

Data Retention
- Usage Statistics: Retained for 90 days

- AI Requests: Not retained (processed in real-time)
